Under a note purchase arrangement, we can buy promissory notes issued to you by your foreign buyer related to the sale of Canadian goods and services. This reduces your risk of non-payment and increasing your access to cash. Typically, note purchase arrangements are suitable for contracts with simple payment terms and with repayment terms of up to two years.Qualification
Contact us before the commercial contract with a foreign buyer is signed to determine whether a note purchase is feasible because certain requirements must be met to qualify for this arrangement.
Cost
Rates are based on credit risk of your customer, term of the note and market risk.
