2007 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report

EDC has issued its fourth Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report.  CSR reporting continues to be the primary vehicle through which we communicate to stakeholders our positions on various non-financial aspects of our business.

The highlight of 2007 was our adoption of the Equator Principles, voluntary guidelines for financial institutions on managing social and environmental risks.  In addition, we undertook an exercise to have the report assured by an independent audit review firm.

Your feedback is important to us.  Feel free to send your comments to: CSRReportFeedback@edc.ca. Hard copies of the report are available upon request.
