2008 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report

Corporate Report 2008EDC has issued its fifth Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report. CSR reporting continues to be a primary vehicule through which we communicate to stakeholders our positions on various non-financial aspects of our business.

The highlight of 2008 was the release of our Statement on Human Rights which defines current practices and adherence to Government of Canada policies and international obligations, In addition, the report includes a 3rd party verified Global Reporting Initiative table and a clear illustration of CSR management and accountabilities.
