It describes which foreign markets will offer the best opportunities for Canadian exporters for the coming year, and analyzes the sales outlook by sector. It also discusses the major risks faced by exporters.
The highlights from the 2012 Global Export Forecast webinar, featuring EDC’s Vice-President Peter G. Hall and Corporate Spokesperson Phil Taylor, are now available. The highlights cover why Mr. Hall believes the U.S. economy will be the engine that pulls the world back in growth mode and his thoughts on the long-term implications of Japan’s debt crisis and Europe’s capacity for growth over the longer term. It also features the questions and answers raised during the broadcast.
The Global Export Forecast is produced twice per year in April and November.
