Imtiaz completed a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Business Management at the University of Birmingham, UK and went on to work in fast upscale environment in corporate sales at Vodafone U.K. Imtiaz has worked in various roles to deploy mobile and workflow transformations in the telecoms industry giving him firsthand experience in managing complex projects and finding efficiencies in workflow process. As a high achiever, Imtiaz was selected to join Vodafone’s new start up in Qatar, Doha where his first project was to help transform flows for Shell PLC managing a transition of 2,000 staff members and finding the right workflows to increase their efficiencies. in 2015, he accepted a Vice President role at eShipper Inc to scale up the business in US and Canada, build structure to the company for sustainable growth and extend the sales team across North America. In the last year, Imtiaz has hosted multiple webinars and presentations with various trade boards and export forums to support and enhance international trade of small and medium sized businesses in Canada. In his free time, Imtiaz works within his community to support the less fortunate by organizing food and clothes drives. He works closely with Canadian new comers (refugees) from Syria and Iraq to improve their integration into Canadian culture and society
