Gabriel Jabbour was a trade commissioner at the Embassy of Canada in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia prior to joining the Trade Commissioner Service at the Consulate General of Canada in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He is responsible for the infrastructure and sustainable technology sectors. Prior to his role, he was formerly a financial analyst at Gottex Fund Management in Boston, Massachusetts. Originally from Calgary, he has a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Concordia University and Masters of Science in International Management from Royal Holloway, University of London with distinction.
