Business environment in Grenada

Grenada’s center-right New National Party (NNP) swept elections in March 2018 and retained complete control of the executive and legislative branches, extending its mandate for another five years. While the NNP government will gradually wind down its fiscal consolidation agenda in the coming years, the government will continue to prioritize public debt reduction. Over the next two years, the Grenadian economy will grow at a rate above its historical average. This is thanks to a bright outlook for the tourism sector and slightly expandatory fiscal policy.
