How to reset passwords

Resetting a user password can be done in several ways depending on your situation. You can:

  • Reset your password if you have forgotten it and cannot log into the credit insurance system
  • Reset your password from within the credit insurance system
  • Reset another user’s password (Full User Access profile only)

To reset your password if you have forgotten it and cannot log into the credit insurance system, follow these steps:

1. From the system login screen, click on Forgot Your Password?

2. In the Forgot Your Password? form, enter your email address and click on the Submit button. 

3. The system will send an email with a link to create a new password.

To reset your password within the credit insurance system, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Manage menu and select Update Profile.

2. Click on the Password button 

3. The system will send an email with a link to create a new password.

To reset another user’s password, follow these steps:

1. From the Manage menu, select Add/Remove/Edit Other Users.

2. From the list of users that appears, select the appropriate user and click on the Send Password button. 

3. The system will send an email with a link to reset the password to the address associated to the user.
