Once EDC has provided you with a credit insurance offer, you need to review the details and accept or decline the offer. You can also access details such as the coverage certificate; general terms & conditions; links to contacts; pending requests for modifications or renewals; and more. These help files also show you how to manage various aspects of your policies, such as making policy changes or requests for claim payments to be made directly to your financial institution.
