With two decades of experience in customs brokerage, Holloway has held diverse roles—from desk operations to product manager of Expeditors’ brokerage software. A licensed customs broker, she leads major modernization initiatives to streamline the company’s customs clearance process to simplify market entry and ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulation.
A regular panelist on customs-focused webinars, she’s known for turning complex topics into clear, practical insights. She actively contributes to the industry through multiple committees within the National Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association of America (NCBFAA) and CBP’s Trade Support Network (TSN).
The mother of two holds a bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from Pacific Lutheran University, as well as global certification in air cargo, freight forwarding and logistics.
Her secret power? A sharp sense of humour and a gift for making even the most technical customs topics engaging. Holloway lives in Seattle with her husband, children and Rosie, their endlessly entertaining three-year-old dog.
