Note: Your login credentials for the Portfolio Credit Insurance (PCI) portal will be sent from Please be advised that these credentials will not work for the Invoices and Statements portal, which has a separate login. Should you need access to the PCI portal, you will need to ask for access from your policy administrator or have them contact the Customer Care team.

1. Visit and click on Login button in the top right-hand corner. 

2. A list of portals will appear, please select the Portfolio Credit Insurance portal.
