Note: Your login credentials for the invoices and statements portal will be sent by email from accountsreceivable@edc.ca. These credentials are separate from your MyEDC Account and can’t be used to access MyEDC. If you need access to the invoices and statements portal, please ask your policy administrator to contact the Customer Care team.
1. Visit EDC.ca and select the Log in button.
2. Select MyEDC account Log in or sign up button.
3. Log in to your MyEDC account.
4. From the MyEDC homepage, select Portfolio Credit Insurance from the navigation menu.
5. From the Portfolio Credit Insurance homepage, navigate to the invoices and statements portal using the main navigation menu. Select “Go to invoices and statements”.
