Using the enhanced Portfolio Credit Insurance (PCI) platform

Managing your policy is now faster and easier with the enhanced Portfolio Credit Insurance (PCI) platform, accessible through your MyEDC account.

With customer feedback in mind, we've designed this portal to enhance your experience and save you time. It's accessible on desktop, tablet and mobile.

When you log in to your MyEDC account, you’ll be directed to the MyEDC dashboard, which displays quick actions and key links to help you navigate easily.

PCI quick actions allow you to complete tasks like adding new credit limits, reporting an overdue or submitting a claim. You can also access the PCI home page through the main navigation.

The enhanced PCI platform includes banners and notifications within the portal to keep you informed about important updates.

Lists and statuses are updated immediately giving you real-time feedback and detailed visibility into the status of decisions.

The PCI homepage also includes a “Coming soon” section, where we’ll share updates about new features.

The enhanced PCI platform offers new tools for managing your policy that aren’t available in the classic platform. For example, you can cancel and resubmit credit limits directly—without contacting the EDC Customer Care Team.

Every action, from adding credit to reporting issues, includes clear prompts to guide you through an intuitive, user-friendly experience.
