Mike Neals assumed the role of Acting Senior Vice-President of the Business Development Group at Export Development Canada (EDC) in January 2019. While taking on the duties associated with his new role, Mr. Neals will continue to serve as Vice-President, Partner Channels, in EDC’s Business Development group, a team charged with managing critical relationships with EDC’s domestic bank, partner, and broker channels, as well as sales operations.

During his 25-year career at EDC, Mr. Neals has served as Vice- President, Small Business and Vice-President, Marketing, overseeing the business development planning, direct marketing, advertising, and market research portfolios for EDC.  

Prior to joining EDC, Mr. Neals was Vice-President for the Gallup Organization, providing marketing and management consulting services to a variety of private and public sector clients. He has also held marketing and planning positions with the National Capital Commission and Transport Canada.
